Move-Out Ripoff

Don't rent here. Or be prepared for an outrageous move out inspection with charges trumped up - in $4,000 - $5,000 range,even with no damage. Ask to be present at your move-out inspection and take pictures of your unit when you move in AND out so you can dispute. Good luck they love to use the courts ! The manager of office will take advantage of you if she can.
