Is The Management Even From Earth?

We moved her from out of town and were totally blind sided on this one. First of all, the management has no clue my wife and I even live at the complex, despite the fact that Ive had to discuss problems with them on a monthly basis. Every time I walk into the office they try and sell me an apartment. (Ridiculous) So here are the problems: Front door is warped and outside air is always coming in, fridge has issues with cooling, tile is cracked in front of the fire place, cabinets are warped, water is $30 a month, carpet is not even attached to the floor, ants are moving in and running up the side of the building like they pay rent too, BBQ grills are large concrete blocks with holes in them, appliances are 18yrs old and the list goes on. Also, the floor of the apartment is bowed. I have to actually custom make blocks of wood to level out my entertain center and fish tank. Even more disgusting is when I shower, the humidity from the hot water makes the walls bleed brown (Not sure why that happens). The management could seriously care less about who you are unless your name is Ben, Washington, Lincoln, Hamilton, or Jackson. Heres the deal, if you are going to pay luxury prices, you might want to check out Pillars on Scottsdale Rd. or the new complex behind the Audi dealership. Those are apartments that are actually worth the money. Ever heard of the term looks can be deceiving or its whats on the inside that counts? These people spend more money on the outside appearance, while the inside looks like #%%#. I will never rent here again and they can keep their moldy, old nasty wood, lack of insulation, run down apartments. If I were Equity Apartments, Id also seriously consider hiring people we education beyond the 5 grade level to run their front office.
