Stolen cars, apartments broken into, Management doesn't care. They say there is *part time* security but that is a lie. All they are concerned with is getting new tenants in, once you move in you find out what they are really like. They lied about several issues that were important to our family. The speeding is horrendous, there are too many partiers mixed in with the families.
Other issues include things that were *mickey-mouse* fixed when we moved in. They will not fix anything right. We have been sitting on a leaning toilet (which leaks) the entire time we have lived here despite several *fixes* The carpet is horrible, linoleum coming up, lot's of wildlife you'd rather not see (scorpions, rattlesnakes, coyotes). Yes, this is the desert, but this is extreme. I could go on and on but there is not enough time. STAY AWAY from this community. Do not be suckered in by their awesome specials. Spend a little more and get quality. It's a sweep the dirt under the rug kind of place.
