I was shocked when reading all the negative reviews. I have lived here for six months. I live on the courtyard and it has a great view. I have a small child who loves the pool and using the amenities and there are a lot of nice people living here. I haven't felt unsafe at any time - there are alarms in every unit. I think the maintenance people do a great job at keeping the ground free and clear of dog fecies. Any time I have had a maintenance issue - it has been fixed right away. Have I just been lucky? I think it is great here and so does my neighbor.
