My apartment was just robbed a few days ago with no signs of breaking and entering. I feel quite confident that the robber worked for Pillar, especially considering the key that they had on file for my apartment is apparantly missing!!!!! They are now changing their story that the computer may just not be working, because it does that sometimes, but it is probably still in there. I am nervous everytime I enter the complex now because I know they are all out for me for accusing them of having anything to do with my robbery. They have been so discustingly uncooperative in helping me find out who stole my things, to the point of changing my locks and then changing them back to the old because I would not surrender my original key because I knew they would make a copy and say that they found their missing key.

P.S. The only reason my privacy lock was not locked was because I did not have a garage door opener, after putting a work order in to get a new one 2 months ago!!!
