Well, I love the area. I enjoy the layout of my apartment. And community feels safe as well as maintained!
HOWEVER, a HUGE issue came when it was time to renew my lease. It has become quite apparent that the only goal for this community is to make money.
From stating different prices on replacements keys from one person to the next.
To deciding that existing residents cannot receive the same type of lease agreements as new residents.
(I attempted to renew a 7 month lease at the end of its term, but extending to a 12 month lease. Also promised that I would receive 1 month free, just as I did during my first lease.
However, my rent has since gone UP, not down. And they refuse to fix it.
