I've lived at Ventana for over a year and it is a lot of square footage for the rent, the design of the apt and size of the rooms is very good. However, my dishwasher has never worked and I've had problems with my dryer taking 90-120 minutes to dry a normal size load of towels. They have not fixed the dishwasher or dryer after many, many calls and visits to my apartment. When my neighbor runs their sink faucet or shower the noise is actually louder than when I run mine. I can hear them run their fan, their washer and dryer as well.
