Apartment Review for Anacosta Apartments

I used this website along with where my clients were located to select this apartment. I travel frequently for a week or two at a time and have no concerns when I leave. Maintenance is reasonably quick, the two ladies in the office maintain a certain professional temperament (always). Tenants are friendly and keep to themselves. <P>
As far as cleanliness, the grounds are meticulously kept up but if you are a late sleeper during the week you will hear the grounds people start at 7am which is a bit early. Cockroaches? I have had a few in my 1 1/2 years of living here but I am not an extreme neat freak. <P>
Location is ideal--it is gated--you can walk around and get to places quick. Police station is right around the corner. Library and hospital is 1/2 mile or less and decent restaurants and a good sports bar is close by. If it was a condo, I'd consider buying it. <P>
Overall, on a 10 scale being perfect and being reasonable-I'd give it an 8.5. <P>
