Apartment Review for Anacosta Apartments

Apartment complex is old and appliances are same age as apartment. Maintenance team does not fix appliances. <P>
Charged cleaning fee before moving in. Doesn't look like cleaning was ever performed on move in. Charged second cleaning fee out of deposit when moving out, even if apartment is emaculate on departure and stains were documented on move in. <P>
Management team does not return phone calls. Complex is loud. Rent increased three times in one year. Much better deals and less problems with managment elsewhere. <P>
