Apartment Review for Arabian Trails

The manager you have now used to be the manager at another apartment complex where I used to live and it was the worst moment in my life. Basically, she allowed a sociopathic bullying downstairs neighbor to harass me and twice had me written up on bogus accusations because his ceiling squeaked everytime I walked. <P>
The first time I was written up, I asked her if he was the same tenant that picked a fight with me six months earlier. She lied to me saying it was a different tenant. <P>
The second time, I asked if it was my downstairs neighbor that complained about me. She lied again saying it was someone else. <P>
When I complained to her both times, she brushed me off saying I was "overreacting". She was more interested in protecting that creep than taking any action against him. Both written warnings stayed in my file and no disciplinary action was ever taken against him. <P>
I should add that I lived at that complex for seven years and I went through the first five years with no incident. It was only during the last two years I was living there that both the bullying downstairs neighbor moved in and the now current manager of Arabian Trails took over management at the complex I used to live in that the problems started. It eventually led to me moving out. <P>
In short, if a neighbor harasses you or gives you problems, she will not help you, you're on your own. <P>
