Apartment Review for Arabian Trails

Where to even start? The staff is less than helpful most of the do not even know their butt from their face. Nothing is ever fixed until something really bad happens and you have to threaten to sue or really get hurt then they may take the time to fix it i have had doors fall on me because they were not put in properly my oven started the cabinets on fire and still instead of replacing it they tried to fix to only find out that is would burn the cabinets even more. Everything in the apartment as old does not work they way it should. Also we pay for a heated pool but this time of year the pool is always locked and not heated you want to jump on in in january to a unheated pool no thanks but they will still charge you the same price for rent!!!!!! The workout room has 5 pieces of equipment in it and are not put in any order it is not state of the art as it says in the renters guide you pay scottsdale prices here to have lving of the phoenix not worth it at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <P>
