Our Review for Arabian Trails

Renter reviews say Arabian Trails is a wonderful place to live. The older section of the building is lower in price. Many say maintenance does a fine job and is great at resolving any issues within the complexes. One review notes an incident of car theft in the parking lot, but it does not seem to be a pattern at the property. Arabian Trails is placed next to the Desert Horizon Park and Jackrabbit Park which offers tenants plenty of outdoor space. Promenade Shopping Center and Kierland Commons are only two places where residents can go shopping. Some of the restaurants in the area are The Brittle Bush Bar and Grill, Elephant King, and White Chocolate Grill Inc. which all provide excellent cuisine.

Apartment was great, we were a little close to Bell Rd., noisy neighbors sometimes. Very convenient location to all of Scottsdale. I did have my car stolen from the parking lot, though, so security for me is zip. Good luck.

We've lived here 3+ years. Love it! Recommend the "old" section: cheaper and ( I think) nicer. Super convenient North Scottsdale location. Go for the second story units AWAY from Bell Rd. Great Cathedral ceiling and clerestory windows. Maintenance is overlall good..sometimes you have to ask twice...but not often. You can contact em for more info at tygrusa@gmail.com
