Apartment Reviews for Bella Vita - Scottsdale

The parking is not the best. When it rain I couldn't park where my under cover parking way because it was flooded. Office staff was not very friendly. When I signed my lease the 2nd time the person forgot somethings 2 times and made me go in there to resign 2 times never gave me copies of the lease. NOISE LEVEL do I need to go there... Firer station right down the street and I faced McDonald so I heard this all the time. But what is the topping is I moved out and cleaned like crazy for 2 days wanting my deposit back. Well the new management is giving me the ran around saying the accountant is mailing it out to you and every time I call now they don't pick up. Its been almost 2 months and by law they have 14 days. I guess I will need to take them to court. this place was to expensive for my troubles. so no I would not refer anyone here.....
