Apartment Review for Casa Santa Fe

I signed a new lease with the new management company as of October 1st. I have lived here for almost two years (and through 3 other management companies). When I moved in, I was extremely pleased with the complex. Now...not so much. <P>
I have been requesting to have the same thing fixed for 3 months. It is absolutely ridiculous. The apartment is falling apart and management doesn't care. They lied to me about a number of things to get me to sign another lease. They raised my rent without any notice. They stole from me (I overpaid because I was given the wrong rent amount and they wouldn't refund the difference). They, as of noon today, moved the only fabulous person on the staff to another property. The staff is rude to me on the phone and on paper. I'm disgusted and am ready to break my lease. <P>
