Overall, the complex itself and location I don't really have any complaints. It's a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Which is what gives the three stars. However, Greystar management who runs the show is a joke. If the review were based solely off of Greystar (or Conservice, the billing agency) it would receive a one star rating. They will juice you on everything. Be even one day late on rent; expect a hefty late fee. On move out, somehow utilities (just water, sewage, trash) managed to be around $100 when the average monthly was $12. And a stain on the carpet about 2" wide and 4" long costs a $200 cleaning & dye fee. They will manage to keep your deposit. I've lived at numerous apartments and have never had issues with all these fees for everything. Dont expect a reminder that you have to give a 60 day notice of moveout (even though your contract would be up) because youll get forced into month-to-month. Great thing for me having traumatic brain injury to remember eomething like that. Don't rent Greystar.
