The previous reviewer must have confused this apartment with someplace else. We have lived here for over a year and are extremely happy. Having lived in California apartments for years-you can't find anything like this there. The apartments are extremely well made- built more like condos than apartments. Our energy costs have been normal for this area- we do live in the desert. The office staff has always been extremely courteous and pleasant to work with. We are both in our mid thirties and most of the residents are in the 30-50 range. I don't have a single negative thing to say about living here. While you'll pay more- I believe you get what you pay for and you can't beat living in DC Ranch! <P>
