Apartment Review for Heathertree Apartments

4 management companies and 7 managers in 21 months...'nuff said? I have lived here for 15 years and I advise anyone looking to look somewhere else, unless you enjoy rude and arrogant office staff, an invisible maintenance staff, drunk or drugged out neighbors, AC and hot water that go out as often as some people change their undies, broken pipes, vandalized cars, stolen cars and gang grafitti all over. They are small, dark, dank apartments. The AC is a chiller system, not air. It's dirty and old, old, old.
