Our Review for La Privada
The pros to living at La Privada are the great grounds and the nice, private apartments. The management has been both criticized and praised well in reviews for being very accommodating. I imagine a little of both are true. Architecturally the entryways are a little dated, but the location in the neighborhood really is quiet and pleasant with easy access to what you might need. La Privada is close to elementary schools or the senior center!

If you are over 60 and want to have a peaceful life, then this is the right place for you. It usually takes months, let alone weeks to fix the broken stuff and their washer drier and other utilities are the oldest you could find.

I have lived in many apartments and found poor customer service, however I love living at LaPrivada. The office staff is extremely friendly. They always greet you by your name, and make you feel welcome, as though they're part of your family. They love pets and allow to bring them into the office. Thanksgiving Dinner was provided and it was amazing. I'm very satisfied with my unit, upkeep, and service. Great job!

I have lived at La Privada for nearly three years now and I can't imagine moving! I've been told that the grounds sit on nearly 40 acres and the buildings are spread out. We have big beautiful trees and green grass -- there's even a putting green! There are two entrance gates that are closed at night which only add to the quiet atmosphere. There's a large park right across the street too. The office staff has always done their very best for me. And it's so nice to walk into an office where they not only recognize your face but even know your name! I would greatly recommend that you check out La Privada. All you have to do is drive the grounds to see what I mean.

I feel like I live in a park. The grounds are lush and green with tall trees.It is the perfect place to make friends and feel like your part of a neighborhood community. I love living here and if your looking for a quiet place with lots of space La Privada is the place to call home!
