Apartment Review for Pillars At Scottsdale

Katy is the "manager" at this location. She and her staff have told us numerous times that they will call us back every time we call for something. Most of the time they never do. Katy will never see you when you go in. She is always "to busy" and will not return phone calls. One time an employee called us and asked if we were still living here. They had no records of our lease! After telling her that we did in fact live here, she said, "well let me check on that. I will call you back as soon as I figure out what is going on".... She never called back... This has to be the worst management I have ever rented from or even heard about. I have never written a review for anything and I am not a complainer AT ALL! I just don’t want anybody else to have the same experience I did. On a better note, the maintenance crew is very good. They are nice and come on time. Its just a shame that the office staff are so careless and obviously do not want resign business. (We have been here for a year and they want to up our rent about $300 on a new 1 year lease!)
