Apartment Review for Regents At Scottsdale

Wonder , How this apartment got 67% rating!!. Here;s some typical answeres by management. <P>
"Its between you(tenant) , owner (owner of Regents, to whom we can never able to contact) and APS(parking solution company-which will be nightmare for every resident) , we cannot help you" -- <P>
"Bug problem, Its Pest control duty (3rd party un-effective and useless treatment). Hey if pest control cannot do it, we cannot help you. Pest control will be here next month.. till that time, live happily with Bugs"" <P>
High Speed internet ---Oh yaaa.. older technology with VDSL.. dude, if you love to see news clips, download music, play games and want to have IP phone... all these would be dream here.. You pay $40 for 156kb speed internet?. Cable internet available.. No.... only option Qwest older VDSL. Hey, Quest has new Digital television Bundle package (very popular)., But they provide in nearby apartment, not in Regents.. Because, Management does not allow!!! <P>
Cable TV -- Yes some old fashion TV provider has some contract with this aparment management.. Some florida cable tv company (never heard about them!). They will charge $40 for basic cable and about half channel has flickering vision.. Hey, they cannot help with that!// Tenants wants Cox or Quest digital TV... But cannot do that .. WHy??? ASk the management. <P>
Electic Bill-- $135 for a 2BR(1000 Sq feet) ??? Hey, management, How much is the electic bill in 2000 Sq feet home, just $135.. So how come mine is so high (even I keep the thermostat at 83) .. Something is wrong, I cannot judge, Management don;t worry about it.. <P>
One more point, and this will disclose their dirty intension to just rip off their tenants-- RENT IS DUE ON 1ST OF MONTH. IF YOU ARE LATE BY 1 DAY, AND YOU PAY RENT ON 2nd OF MONTH, ADD 10% penalty + $20 for each day. SO IF YOU YOUR RENT IS $1000, THEN PAY $1120 ON 2ND OR $1140 ON 3RD. So, if you are absent minded professor, who forgets the date and days.. this apartment is not for you. Most of the apartment will have grace period, or some apartment will even sent you courtesy reminder.. But this apartment is like a Devil, waiting for you to make a mistake, either its parking or rent due.. and will make you to love Bugs and flies, because they are always there to greet you <P>
