If you are in Scottsdale for the night life, San Marin Apartments are perfect. They are close to everything social Scottsdale has to offer, all within walking distance. Old Town is right here. Arizona State is a close commute. San Marin Apartments have a business center and wi-fi. There is a media room and fitness center along with the more typical pool. There are multiple layouts from 1 to 3 bedrooms and some have higher ceilings or fireplaces. Extra storage and covered parking are available but be sure your guests show their parking pass~ people who violate the parking rules get towed. I saw a series of reviews clearly written by one person angry with the manager. Reasonable communication can resolve nearly anything!
