Apartment Review for Scottsdale Desert Shadows Apartments

An awful place. In another state the landlords would be in jail. The two years I lived there, the pipes burst three times! They talked about going condo but of course it fell through. No reputable developer would want this structure. The land is much more valuable. Level the place! It is way out of code and very very dangerous, unsafe, no security. <P>
