Horrible staff. Starts misbehaving right before you leave

Following is the review that I wrote on Tripadvisor.com, but they refused to publish it since it has negative rating about the property.

It could be a very nice place to stay. Little expensive though, but still me and my wife like it very much until we met this lady, named WENDY. she works for the property. She does not have any professionalism or manner. She is rude with the residents. I have talked to number of residents there, and no one said anything good about her.
There's another girl, name Ashley works there. She is very nice and polite. Initially we were looking for a 2nd floor apartment. But she didn't have any empty at that time. she she put us on a 1st floor apartment for a week and assigned us a 2nd floor one which was suppose to be empty in a week. She said that once that's empty, we can move in there. Before the week was over, we saw Wendy showing that apartment to someone else, and to get some rental percentage out of it, she rented that apartment to that gentlemen even when we had the deposit put in for that apartment. When asked, she said something that didn't make any sense.
Next thing she did is about extending our contract. Initially we signed a 3 month contract (we didn't have to, but still we did), and then before that contract was over we spoke with Ashley and she said that if we sign another contract for 7 months at least when the current contract is going to be up, she wouldn't increase the price. A week later we get a notice from Wendy saying that if we want to keep staying there once the current contract is over, we will have to sign another 7 month contract with $300/month more. Otherwise at the end on the current contract, we will have to vacate the apartment.
When went up to the office to talk to her regarding this, she said that she sent that mail out, and denied the "no increase" in the rent. Basically her behavior was really rude, seemed like we were bunch of beggars, and walked upto her to beg something.
If Scottsdale Park Suites would like to keep their reputation in tact, they need to fire WENDY. Otherwise they will lose lot of their customers. Until they do that, I will never ever recommend any of my friends or relatives to rent an apartment at Scottsdale Park Suites.

After this review was rejected by Tripadvisor.com, I found a copy of it right by my door step, like someone from the apartment office left it there as a threat.

We are very sorry that you feel you were mistreated by our staff. Wendy has moved on to other projects and no longer works at Scottsdale Park Suites.
We're not familiar with the exact circumstances here, but staff always strives to provide excellent service. Just visit the lobby and you will find a resident binder with many positive reviews. Ask the residents in the courtyard what they think of the staff, some residents who have lived here for 4+ years will tell you firsthand.
Rates are based on availability. If you lock in your lease terms for a longer period you are able to lock the lower rate. Occasionally, rent increases are distributed when the seasons change or leases expire. It is up to the resident to decide how long of a lease they need and plan in advance to get the best rates.
Additionally, it is important to mention how much you save when staying at Scottsdale Park Suites. The total rental price includes; cable with HBO, wireless internet, LA Fitness pass, golf package, free phone calling and more. By staying at Scottsdale Park Suites you save over $766 dollars per month. Additionally, you will find that the staff is helpful and always ready to brew you some more Starbuck's coffee or give you your mail, or LA Fitness pass. We genuinely strive to do a great job and I am sorry you don't feel that we did.

Rubish
The owners know EVERYTHING that happens on the property/office due to the extensive audio/video that is fed right to the home office. The decisions that are made come from the owners and the employees are left to follow their lead...............
