Our Review for Sycamore Creek Apartments

Sycamore Creek is on Thomas Road, in the heart of Scottsdale. There is a shopping center nearby, surrounded by many other shops and restaurants, where residents can find Burger King, Echo Coffee, TT Roadhouse, Zizzo Tailor, Teonna’s Floral Design, Closing Soon Saloon, and Smart Cremation. A handful of reviewers were not satisfied with the apartments condition upon move in, and some report pests in the complex. Others said the maintenance staff can be difficult to work with at times.

This apartment complex is a great place for those people that want a cheap place close to the bars. I have never felt unsafe getting out of my car at night or walking around. The maintenance has been amazing they scheduled our carpet to be cleaned two days after we complained. Things are always fixed in a timely matter. The pool is never really busy and is usually clean. The parking is great. I usually get a spot right infront of my door and I don't have the assigned parking spot. I would recommended this place to a friend definately. <P>
