I have lived in Tatum place for 2 years 2009-2011 and overall it has been a very nice experience. The maintenance is good and prompt.
The advantage of this place is you have grocery, Walmart and all in walking distance.
I had to stay a few weeks extra than the date I gave in my move-out notice. The management staff were kind enough to revise the dates and also refunded the money which I paid in advance for the extra days of that month.
I used to live at Tatum Place back in 1998 and I lived there for 1 year. I enjoyed living there. The office staff was nice and helpful. Took packages in for me. I had a VERY noisy neighbor living above me and I called the office AFTER hours to complain and someone came out right away. He had to knock loudly on this neighbors door for TEN minutes before the idiot heard someone knocking. That's how LOUD his tv was. They either got evicted or moved. Don't know and don't care, just glad they were gone. The exercise room left alot to be desired when I was there, but they fixed that problem by giving everybody who lived there and who wanted one a yearly free pass to the gym Pure Fitness. Both pools were always clean and in good contition. Maintence came out quickly when there was a problem. Not a bad place, at least not back then.

old appliances, maint. too slow, noisy neighbors, pool is not heated, parking lot needs revamping, security gates need repair, toilet water keeps running, small vanity area, <P>
