Review for Arbour Park Apartments

when i moved in paid 479 a month and it wasnt a great deal my frigerator is so old i had to ask my grandmother what to do with it it only has an ice box not frezzer it doesnt work at all if frezzer burns everthing except icecrea which wont stay frozen the milk spoils with in 3 days and i have talked to the complex for years about it they refuse to replace it maintnace came out once opened the door and said its cool it works. The office staff stinks they charge you 35 dollars for being late on the 2nd they threatin to take you to court in 5 days on the 2nd of the month. The paint is gone over so many times its pealing my apartment wasnt even cleaned before i moved in my burners dont fit right on the stove the water is either scalding or freezing the airconditioner is only good a driping on the floor at least once a month my upstairs neighbors pipes back up and flood from the celing into my kitchen and bathroom 2 it has shorted out my power box there is mod every where maitnece does no up keep its infested with ants and roaches and they have the nerve to tell me its my fault (because i had a sink full of dishes there for 1 night) the security is now non existant after they let the crack head go (i watched him do lines in the clubhouse at night on shift) the pool was so dirty they had to chemicaly blast it to clean it and then ended up reserfacing it cause the cleaning wasnt enough the jaccuzi has never worked neighbors are loud but can you blame them wheren there 15 illegals in apt this small its hard to keep quiet its a crap hole ive been here for 3 years (no money to move) i wouldnt recomend it to my worst enemy
