I really like how quiet the complex is most of the time. The neighbors are extremely friendly, and the area is great. I think the rent is a bit overpriced, namely for a one bedroom, but otherwise it's alright. The handyman, Hillario, is very helpful, and if the landlord was less skeevy, I'd recommend the complex to anyone.
