Review Title:   If It Weren't For The Dog Park
Reviewer:   Anonymous

AC is leaking. They have been in twice to "fix" it but didn't take the 30 seconds to wait for the next drip to figure out it wasn't fixed. The manager is unprofessional and airs other people's dirty laundry to anyone who will listen. There are dead trees all over the place causing a fire hazard. The neighbors are college students who tend to be loud and unaware that other people actually need to get up in the morning for work. The dishwashers don't work properly, even with expensive dishwashing liquid (I've tried virtually every brand). There seems to be an unusually bad mold/mildew problem for such a dry climate, and I occasionally find really ugly big cockroaches, though much of the time they are already dead. Although management has put on a display of "cracking down" on things, I don't see much of an improvement. As far as parking, you are assigned one space per unit, and if you are in one of the front buildings, you have to park all the way on the other side of the office with your second car (and if school is in session, you might want to get there early, or you'll have quite a hike.

On the good side, there is an enclosed dog park which is regularly mowed and fairly regularly removed of poop. The lighting is not very good there, so it's tough to locate your dog's doody if the sun is down, so it tends to pile up fairly quickly with land mines. But generally the dog owners here are very respectful and very nice. I do enjoy the dog community there, and so does my dog. If you have a dog-friendly dog, this is a huge advantage to the complex and the only reason I put up with the rest of the stuff.
