The complex is old, lots of noises and has frequent problems with hot water and air condition. Management is extremely lazy, not very responsible when it comes to maintenance, and gives wrong work orders from time to time. It took them more than 3 weeks to fix a simple leakage problem in my apartment. Security is a major issue, as I have gotten 3 bikes stolen already. Cleanliness is okay, except for the dog feces along the outer edges of the parking lot.
