In the middle of summer in AZ, you would expect that A/C is a necessity. However, the managers at Campus Pointe somehow think it's more of a priveledge. So, for a week, the A/C was not working/turned off in the whole apartment complex and the apartments were uninhabitable. There was no compensation from the management even though there were requestes to have the rent pro-rated. Other than the A/C there are roaches and it takes forever to shower because of the water pressure. I also have a window that can be opened from the outside. For instance, my roommate forgot his keys one day, and just went in through the window instead. The only good thing I can say about these apartments is that the rooms are big and it's right by the flash bus. I would never recomend it to anyone.
