Michelle is the manager and she is really helpful. Dennis the maintenance guy really jumps on it if you need the faucet fixed or something.
It is not new or anything but for a student who needs to be near the Uni. it is bettet than the ones around it which are pretty much tired old horses.
I hope they get wireless internet. They say they will.
