There are holes in the walls around sockets and water fixtures, and roaches come in through there. Roaches everywhere, and a serious bedbug problem that management flat-out refuses to do anything about. The air conditioning is horrible, it's either sweltering or freezing, and it makes no difference what you set the thermostat at. Put in a complaint, they promise that someone will be over to fix things and nobody ever comes. They filled in the pool a week before the weather bumped up into the triple digits, and before then it had been swamp green for months. The laundry facility at 1011 has only 3 washers and 2 driers, and one or more of them is broken more often than not. I really regret getting a one-year lease here, because I've been miserable here the whole time.
