Air conditioning randomly doesn't work and when it does, is ineffective. Complaints to management go unanswered. Water was turned off for the greater part of a day with no warning or notice of when it would be turned on again, same with electricity.
The pool was removed and filled with dirt. Bird poop is all over the place and goes uncleaned. The communal laundry facilities are the most disgusting machines/room I've seen. They rarely work.
The worst is the management, as they are completely unresponsive. This place is unsanitary, overpriced, and overall, the worst place to live if you have to live in Tempe.
If you are considering living here, and you read this review, keep in mind, I am not exaggerating these problems - this place is just horrendous. Imagine you're water going off, you calling the "emergency" help line and having no answer for...well, 7 weeks later I am still waiting for a response.
Don't live here. Really. Don't.
