the apartment complex is beautiful. don't get me wrong...it's nice. maintenance was great--and timely, the office offered free drinks, you could rent movies for free, the pool's great, nice hot tub, nice work out facilities.. they're great apartments, however, all is nice and dandy until you leave. the office staff is so friendly and considerate, until...you decide not to renew your lease. then they couldn't give two craps about you. they asked my roomates and me for a forwarding address but never actually bothered to forward any of our mail, they do not return our phone calls, and they kept part of our security deposit b/c of an in-office mistake THEY made! oh yeah, and my roommate's car got stolen from the lot---TWICE! and there is never anywhere to park, and apparently, the fact that each apartment is allowed one covered parking space, doesn't matter b/c after 11pm if you're not in that space,by the time you come home, someone else is. my roommate even had someone park in her garage!
