These apartments are a horrible place to live, they are very loud, lots of parties are thrown, and my boyfriends and I are constantally finding people from Guadalupe in are trash cans outside are house, searching for misc. things. I would highly recommend NOT TO LIVE HERE!!!!! Our apartment was flooded and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. The carpet still smells to this day. We have been counting down the days till our lease is up, and cannot wait to move out. The rooms are too small and they charge too much for what a horrible place it is. There was a girl who got raped here, and my car was broken into TWICE! The crime rate is horrible at Finisterra! My covered parking spot always had someone in it, when I told the office about it, they told me I needed a pass before i could get the person towed. THEY WERE IN MY SPOT, where was I supposed to park, I had to wait till the following morning to get a pass just to get someone out of MY SPOT!
