I love living at Finisterra Apartments!! I do hear my neighbor upstairs from time to time (not very loud either), but what apartment are you going to find that you never hear anyone. I have had two maintenance issues (one after hours) and both were taken care of immediately (same day!). When I moved in, I had fresh paint and NEW carpet in the entire apartment.
As for someone writing that someone was raped here, I don't know about that, but all apartments have the security systems in the units AND there is a panic button in the master bedroom that can stay under your pillow. The cost to have your apartment monitored for the year ... $10.00!! A small fee for safety.
I never have a problem with my parking, loud noise or neighbors. I moved from a house to this apartment and have not lived in an apartment for many years and I can honestly say I enjoy my home and will most likely lease again. The only reason I wouldn't lease from here would be if I buy a house.
Oh, if you're looking for an apartment that has fun activities, lease here. There is always something going on and the management team is AWESOME!!!
