This is the WORST complex I have EVER lived in. First of all, its REALLY REALLY expensive, and what do you get for your money? Sleepless nights from all the parties and commotion (it's 3 AM and I'm awake because the people upstairs have everyone in Tempe in thier living room. But it could be worse, because at least the people in the building across from us have decided NOT to throw a party tonight....), air conditioners that never work, beer caps laying all over the bottom of the pools, broken beer bottles ALL over the complex, drunks knocking on your door a 1:30 am looking for a place to crash, a maintence office that blames you for everything that goes wrong in your apartment (no joke, when I go to the leasing office to pick up a package, they ask me "What did you break now?")...seriously, if I weren't so tired, there's a laundry list of issues I could list. I hate it here, i HATE IT HERE. After X-mas, I'm coughing up the extra 1,000 to break the lease.
