When we moved in, the conditions were acceptable, but it was dirty and there were many repairs that needed to have been done. We lived for over 2 months with a hole in our front window. The leasing staff pointed out that they were aware, when the apartment was viewed, and that it was 'scheduled to be replaced'. That is the "regular tune" around here, for maintenance. If you have the patience of Job, you're in! If not, don't bother. The pet owner's DON'T pick up their animals feces, and the offices does nothing to patrol and enforce the 'pet pick up' rule that holds a $100.00 fine. So, if you don't like cleaning up after fi fi or rover, don't move here, either. The main swimming pool and jacuzzi generally are under repair, and/or have lovely green water in them. Call it an isolated incident, I'm not fond of algea water. Neither is my skin. Many repairs go undone here, even though they have many employees in the maintenance department. They stock pile old appliances out by the maintenance shed, so if you have little children, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! They do not remove the doors from the fridge or ovens they have there, and there is just enough damning, dangerous stuff there now that a small day care of children could be disposed off. That's harsh, but it's a reality. I hope the leasing company sees this and is horrified. They should be. If something happens to a resident or, God forbid, a child, who will the finger be pointed at? Bet they don't take responsibility for these type of things.
