I've written these reviews for other places I've lived and always said good things. I can't say enough bad here. Everything was aweful.. at the top of the list... the crime and low lifes that live here. Don't let the steep rental price fool you. There was an attempted stabbing involving tennants my first week there. Gas was stolen out of my tank twice, things stolen off my patio.. and LOUD LOUD partying foul neighbors all hours of the night... weekdays included. Finally, when I had enough, I got permission to move out early and they went after me... after telling me is was OK... to charge me for the remainder of my lease (which they had already re-rented) and penalties. This place is the worst. Trust me... I would never post any of this if it wasn't true. LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are lots of other good places in the area.
