I moved into Finisterra Apartments in April of 2006. Initially, I liked the floor plan and the appearance of the complex. The grounds are well-groomed and kept neat and clean. The staff is very friendly--they greet me whenever I stop by the office and know me by name. I haven't needed any major maintence repairwork, but my garbage disposal did stop working a few months back. All it took was one phone call and the very next day I had a new disposal that worked perfectly. When I first moved in, I lived just a few minutes from work. I have since been transferred to Glendale, Arizona. I am so comfortable living here, I decided to renew my lease for yet another year. Whenever I have out-of-state visitors, they comment how nice and quiet the complex is.
