I lived here from Aug. 1999 to Aug. 2000. It was a dump. Too many roudy students lived here who would often throw trash and pool chairs into the pool. Had to call the police at least once to break up a fight at 2:00 AM on a weeknight. My roomate's tail light covers got ripped off her car one night and my car was broken into there as well. Don't let the "gated community" crap fool you. The cabinets, fixtures, shower/tub were all made of the cheapest materials possible. During the monsoons my storage closet flooded through the light bulb socket and runied many things. Since when does electricity and water mix? Can we say electricution hazard? When I told management about this, they did not care and after contantly reminding them of the issue, they took at least 3 weeks just to get back to me about the issue. I had to turn inot a bitch who threatened a lawsuit for them to do anything about it!Located on a busy stretch of McClintock, watch out for insane drivers turning in and out of Foxfire. I was glad to get out of there and was counting down the days until my lease was up.
