Management is either incompetent or apathetic; issues end up being resolved either slowly or not at all; pools are green periodically (and I don't think it's because management is Irish); AC is awful; security is non-existant in parking lot with cars broken into fairly regularly; noisy, somewhat young residents can be a nuisance during the school year.
I could go on and on, but the bottom line is NO I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and YES I will be leaving as soon as my lease expires. The only thing that has kept me here this long is location and the fact that utilities are included - but is the AC hardly works anyway, what is the benefit of free utilities?
