Honestly Galleria Palms has given me my fair share of upsets. We had an ant problem (but I'd blame it on one of my roommates rather than the complex) and the electric bills get pretty high (which I could also blame on the roommates), but the management deals with what they can efficiently; I for one didn't even see the ants, they were dealt with so quickly. With three pools, two hottubs, a work out room, a theatre, and a playground, Galleria Palms would be my first choice for an apartment if I were going to move out of my house.
