Review Title:   Not So Sure(Jk I Hate This Place)
Reviewer:   Anonymous
Review Date:   3/15/2005

This place started out to be an enjoyable place to live but now i'm not so sure. The complex tries to see seem all nice but they are kinda ghetto. Whenever things did break maintenance always came out right away, but didn't always solve the problem. For ex, our spin cycle on our washer literally makes our wash jump and maintence seems to think it s fine and I'm the nut. Oh well. Something was wrong with our celing, we could tell there was previous damage, and when the rains came this year we knew what the problem was. Our roof leaked all over our couch in the living room. Guess where the leak was coming from?? You guessed it, the same damaged area, meaning not only did they do an ass job of fixing the ceiling in the fist place, they didn't even bother to fix the leak on the roof. So when we complained that our ceiling was leaking they took almost three weeks before they sent someone to "fix" it. But it was the same strory, the damaged are on the ceiling is very noticable and the roof still has yet to be repaired. Moving on to security, they will always come over to tell you to be quiet, however they will not prevent your car from being stolen or broken into (the gated community is in charge of that) (ps the gate is always broken and never keeps anyone out). One of my roomates had his car stolen and my other roomate his stero stolen from truck, leaving him with a cardboard window. They do have some cool ammenities, but the movie theter is closed at 6, so you better start that movie at about 4 in the afternoon. (yeah right). The hot tub is nice but it s been closed about a week on at least three occasions. The indoor basketball court is nice, but you can't bring your friends to play (residents only) so you better start making some friends around the complex. The main pool is nice, its only been closed two or three times, they have a nice vollyball court however when they net broke last summer, they told us that they would replace it. Wrong, more like gerry rig it. It is still gerry riged eight months later. And if you move in get used to Opps. notices, you can get those for just about anything. Believe me, they will come. I am twenty two years old and attending ASU and while I was at the Galleria i felt like i was living at my grandmothers house with all of managements freaky ass rules. Oh yeah, i lived in a three bedroom place with two other roomates, meaning three cars. If I didn't get the parking spot have fun leaving your car about three hundred yards from you appartment. I managed to still have a pretty time while i lived there, but consider this your warning of whats to come if you move in.
