I only moved in here about a week ago, and mostly it seems okay. A few things I should warn you about, though:
This doesn't happen to everyone, but it happened to me. I was assigned a parking place that wasn't exactly close. It's about a 40-yard walk to my car from my apartment. When I asked the management, they said they do not change parking assigments, so I'm stuck with that one. When I look at the layout of the apartments and the parking, I find it hard to believe that they can't arrange things such that every tenant would have at least one parking space right outside his/her apartment. Anyway, it's not a huge deal, but kind of a p.i.t.a. if I have a lot of groceries or other things I have to carry from apartment to car.
Also, they have laundry machines inside the apartments, but the laundry room doesn't have air conditioning vents, so it gets hot in there during the day if you close the door to that room. Obviously keeping the laundry room closed would be important to anyone who has small children or pets who they don't want to be meddling around in there, and also I'd like to keep the room cool because I have other supplies that I store in there, that I don't want to damage.
