Once upon a time a great place to live but now under new management it has now become one of a tyraid of scrutiny and fine posting. No longer are maintenance issues addressed or phone calls returned. It is apparent their only interest is to milk money out of tenants and not fulfill their obligations. I have had several maintenance requests, which are to be addressed in some fashion within 48 hours (as they were always addressed in the past), and now have gone ignored by management for 2 weeks with not so much as a return call. Management is unavailable and evidently their only concern is greed and not upkeep or service to their tenants. Getting out quick as foreseeable will only get worse from seeing the direction they are taking as "new" management.
