I've seen the management improve over the years. Being single, it makes sense for me to rent right now and the previous management has always worked with me on keeping the cost of any rent increase fair. So far. The newer management has worked to create polices on keeping the pool area cleaner and the grounds picked up. I've noticed improvements in the level of customer service in the rental office. However, yes it is true, for the rate they charge for rent, it certainly isn't a paradise and there aren't very many incentives offered to move in to a place like this. I think they're efforts to retain current residents with good rental history could use some improvement. Management seems to carry the attitude that as a resident, you like an employee. Your spot can always be filled, we could care less if you come or go. Improvments in those areas would certainly improve the quality of life in the community.
