Just to start I love the lake and streams that run throughout the property. The lakeside pool can be very beautiful (when it is clean). It can feel like an oasis. When we previewed the property with the property manager, whose breasts were practically falling into my lap (this place should be called "lakefront ladies") we could tell that the management wasn't very professional. We decided to live in the apartment anyways because I loved the scenery. We just put it into our heads that they were going to stink and we wouldn't have high expectations of them. And they have definitely lived up to our low expectations: They are very lazy. They usually leave the office early before closing time. Forget about anything getting fixed in your apartment. Forget about anything getting fixed on the complex-the dryers in our building don't work, neither does the elevator. The elevator always smells like skank. Management sends out nasty letters sometimes with money we "supposedly" owe them. Either they are rude or indifferent. Super rude x 2.
I love living here only because this property reminds me of home, and I just ignore management because it's not worth it to let them stress me out. I have been fortunate to not have any major problems with my apartment, otherwise I wouldn't love it so much.
