Let me just say that the management is the worst ive ever experienced in my entire life: EXAMPLES: Papers from my lease were mysteriuosly missing from the offive. Which was apparently was my fault. I was "sent" a letter about my 60 day move out time. And when i was old i never received it the office lady ROSIE replied: "Oh we get that alot when people have to pay the fee when they dont give us notice" HM really? because i love playing 1000+ in fees... THEY ALL LIE My Security deposit is now missing and supposedly unpaid...? They act like you dont belong in the office when u ask for something They are stupid. They probably havent even graduated high school.. whenever u move out expect 3000+... THEY LIE It was the worst experience of my life. I hope they bulldose this place ASAP its a horrible place to live.. Dont be decieved by there nice office and neato lake. Its nasty and the apt they show u b4 u move in is nice but when u move in to ur actual UNIT it will come with many problems that the office will eventaully say is ur bad...and then charge u thousands. DONT DO IT
