While the outward appearances of this complex are pleasing, the staff and management of this complex are lurking underneath the pretty facade. While not a bad place for the college crowd, with weekend parties the norm around the pools, I would be sure to inform everyone that the staff can be less than friendly once you move in. As they work on commission while they try and sell you a leasehold they appear sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. Afterwards, their attentiveness seems to waffle from disinterest to rudeness to an utter lack of care. The turnover rate in the front office is atrocious so don't expect to see the same person you sign a lease with a month later. Without a history with the tenants, these rental agents are not invested in helping the individual and extra charges upon move-out are almost guaranteed! Be aware to any of those who decide to move here! Crime, especially auto theft and assault, was on the rise upon my move out. Be sure to do your homework. For the money, there are just too many other, better places to live for me to recommend this complex to anyone.
